Emergency Planning Notification

Campuses meeting the applicability threshold must provide Emergency Planning Notification (Form DMA 1003) to Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM) and the appropriate Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) within sixty (60) days after an Extremely Hazardous Substance is present at the facility at or above the Threshold Planning Quantity.

Applicable if your facility is " using or storing at any one time at least 45 kilograms (99.4 pounds) of PCBs contained in PCB Container(s), or one or more PCB Transformers, or 50 or more PCB Large High or Low Voltage Capacitors."

Toxic release inventory (TRI)
